6.2. We issue a proof of sale for every transaction, and an invoice on request.
7. Delivery
7.1. Delivery is available via the method selected by the User, in particular: ORLEN Paczka, UPS Access Point, InPost parcel lockers, GLS courier and Poczta Polska (including international shipping to European countries). Shipments are arranged, among others, via the Furgonetka service. The current list of delivery methods and costs is displayed during checkout.
7.2. Personal pickup in Warsaw is also possible after arranging a date (by phone or e-mail).
7.3. Details of delivery costs and estimated times are available on the "Delivery costs" page.
7.4. Paid Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of the payment being credited; usually dispatch takes place no later than the next business day.
7.5. We recommend checking the parcel on receipt. If the packaging is damaged, the User may refuse to accept the parcel and draw up a damage report with the carrier - this helps process a complaint but is not a condition for making one.
8. Withdrawal from the contract (returns)
8.1. A Consumer and an Entrepreneur with consumer rights may withdraw from a distance sales contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day they, or a third party indicated by them other than the carrier, take possession of the Products.
8.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concluded in person on pickup (Reservations) - these are not distance contracts. It also does not apply in the cases listed in art. 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, in particular to sealed audio or video recordings or computer software where the seal was removed after delivery.
8.3. To withdraw, it is enough to send a withdrawal statement before the deadline - by e-mail to [email protected] or in writing to the Seller's address. The template in point 8.10 may be used but is not obligatory. The Seller will promptly confirm receipt by e-mail.
8.4. Returned Products must be sent back without delay, no later than 14 days from submitting the withdrawal statement, to the Seller's address.
8.5. The Seller refunds all payments received, including the cost of delivery to the User (subject to point 8.6), without delay and no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement. The Seller may withhold the refund until the Products are received back or the User provides proof of sending them, whichever occurs first. The refund is made using the same payment method the User used, unless the User expressly agrees otherwise.
8.6. If the User chose a delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary method offered, the Seller refunds delivery costs up to the cheapest ordinary method. For partial returns, the difference between the cheapest delivery cost of the whole Order and of the Order without the returned Products is refunded.
8.7. The direct cost of returning the Products to the Seller is borne by the User.
8.8. The User is liable for any diminished value of the Product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. In particular, opening sealed collectible products (booster packs, boxes, decks) goes beyond ordinary inspection and may result in the refund being reduced accordingly.
8.8.1. For returns of Products from the "Singles" category, the Seller assesses the condition of the returned card upon receipt and compares it with the condition stated in the Product description at the time of sale (point 11.2). If the returned card is in worse condition than sold (e.g. a card sold as NM shows signs of play), the refund is reduced in proportion to the loss of value. The User will be informed of the assessment and any reduction by e-mail.
8.9. It helps to enclose the proof of purchase or its copy with the return - it is not required but speeds up the procedure.
8.10. Withdrawal statement template (also available on a separate form page):
Addressee: Kelostrada Bartosz Kalinowski, ul. Krzyżówki 5/219, 03-193 Warszawa, Poland, [email protected]
I hereby give notice of my withdrawal from the contract of sale of the following items: ...
Order number: ... Date of contract: ... Date of receipt: ...
Name: ... Address: ... Refund account number (optional): ...
Date and signature (signature only if sent on paper)
9. Non-conformity of the Product with the contract (complaints)
9.1. The Seller must deliver Products that conform to the contract. Towards Consumers and Entrepreneurs with consumer rights the Seller is liable for non-conformity under chapter 5a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
9.2. The Seller is liable for non-conformity existing at the time of delivery and revealed within 2 years of that time. Non-conformity revealed within this period is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
9.3. If the Product is non-conforming, the User may request its repair or replacement. The Seller may replace instead of repairing (or vice versa) if the chosen remedy is impossible or would involve excessive costs.
9.4. The User may demand a price reduction or withdraw from the contract when: repair or replacement is impossible or involves excessive costs; the Seller failed to bring the Product into conformity; the non-conformity persists despite repair or replacement; the non-conformity is significant enough to justify an immediate price reduction or withdrawal; it is clear from the Seller's statement or the circumstances that conformity will not be achieved in a reasonable time or without excessive inconvenience. Withdrawal is not possible if the non-conformity is immaterial.
9.5. Complaints can be submitted by e-mail to [email protected] or in writing to the Seller's address marked "Complaint". Please include: name, e-mail address, order number, description and date of discovering the non-conformity, and your request. A photo, if possible, speeds up processing.
9.6. The Seller responds to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it. No response within this period means the complaint is accepted.
9.7. The User makes the Product subject to repair or replacement available to the Seller; the Seller collects it at its own cost (or refunds agreed return shipping costs).
9.8. For Users who are businesses (excluding Entrepreneurs with consumer rights), statutory warranty under the Civil Code is excluded.
9.9. Characteristics stated in the Product description (e.g. the condition of single cards indicated per section 11) do not constitute non-conformity with the contract.
10. Out-of-court dispute resolution
10.1. A Consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including: a permanent consumer arbitration court at the Trade Inspection, mediation by the regional Trade Inspection inspector, and free assistance from municipal (district) consumer ombudsmen or consumer organisations (e.g. Federacja Konsumentów).
10.2. Details are available on the website of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (uokik.gov.pl).
10.3. Disputes not resolved amicably are settled by the common court having jurisdiction under the Polish Code of Civil Procedure.
11. "Singles" category (single cards)
11.1. Products in the "Singles" category are single cards for collectible card games. Unless stated otherwise in the description, cards are offered in English.
11.2. Card conditions: NM - near mint, the card may have minimal wear; SP - slightly played, visible signs of use; MP - moderately played, significant wear and/or slight bends; HP - heavily played, a significantly damaged card that may not be tournament legal even in sleeves. By default cards offered are NM or SP; MP or HP condition is always stated in the Product description.
11.3. Preparation time for Orders containing "Singles" cards is from a few hours to a few business days.
11.4. "Singles" cards can be bought on personal pickup only after placing an Order via the Site first.
12. Personal data
12.1. The controller of personal data is the Seller. The rules of data processing and cookies are described in the Privacy policy.
13. Final provisions
13.1. In matters not covered by these Terms, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
13.2. The Seller may amend these Terms for valid reasons (changes in law, payment or delivery methods, or the scope of services). Orders placed before an amendment takes effect are governed by the previous version. Users with an Account or subscribed to the Newsletter will be notified of amendments by e-mail at least 14 days in advance; refusal to accept entitles the User to terminate the electronic services agreements.
13.3. These Terms in this wording take effect on 30 August 2026 and apply to Orders placed from that date.
